The Law Offices of Scott L. Little, L.L.C., is a full service law firm conveniently located in the Bowie, Maryland. It was created in November 1998 following the departure of its principal, Scott L. Little, from the Law Offices of James H. Taylor, P.C., in Largo, MD. We practice in several different areas of law including, but not limited to estate planning, estate administration, domestic relations, criminal defense, personal injury, collections, business and general corporate law, and general civil litigation. Scott L. Little has over fifteen years of experience in litigating a vast number and diverse background of cases at the District, Circuit, Court of Special Appeals, Court of Appeals in Maryland, the Superior Court of Washington, D.C., State Administrative Agencies, American Arbitration Association and the General District Court in Virginia. Mr. Little is admitted to the Maryland Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

The firm's clients include approximately several Homeowners Associations and Water and Sewer Companies in Prince George's County and Montgomery County, Maryland. In addition we serve as the collecting agent and/or general counsel for a number of small and medium size businesses in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. Our business clients include A. Wash and Associates, Inc. (electrical contractors), EHI Construction (construction company), Lake Marlton Water and Sewer Company, Kingsview Water and Sewer Company, CFT Restaurant Design and Construction, LLC., and The Game Room Bar and Grille.

Scott L. Little received his Bachelors Degree from Hampton University in accounting in 1992 and he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Widener University School of Law in 1995. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, golf, and spending time with his family.
